2012 national competition project #200 | cafeteria redesign

Summary

Problem statement: The new cafeteria I will be designing will need the most up to date equipment available, including a grill. The kitchen will need more space for a bigger work triangle. The cafeteria will need more space for the students and staff to wait while standing in line or sitting down and eating. It will need more tables to be able to sit at least 75% of the students at Yorktown high school. Some things that are wanted are a new line system so there is more space to wait for food, TV’s, and a better surveillance system.

Goal: They goal for my new cafeteria is to make a new cafeteria with more space for4 the kitchen workers to work in and for the students and staff to sit down more comfortable.
