I would have liked to see you develop that further as you moved to this section rather than repeat it. For example, discussing the problems of the existing space would give me more insight to the issues you are facing.
Similarly, your photographs provide a good overall sense of the project and attention to exterior and interior spaces, but in the example above, I would have liked some information on what is working now in this area and what needs improvement.
